The Childcare Programme is managed by Leitrim Development Company and is designed to help long-term unemployed to secure training and work experience in the field of childcare.

Part of the programme is the provision of QQI training in childcare.  This qualification is essential to find employment in the childcare sector.  The programme assists learners to enhance and develop both technical and personal skills, which can be used in the workplace.

This is a part time position.  Applicants must be in receipt of a social welfare payment to be eligible.

YOUR TOWN NEEDS YOU It’s time to start planning our St. Patricks Day Parade Ballinamore that will be at 4pm on Friday 17th of March 2023, but we can’t do it without YOU! We are looking for volunteers to join our committee. If you are up for the challenge, we need to hear from you.
