It’s that time of the year when we start planning our St. Patrick's Day Parade that will be at 4pm on Friday 17th of March 2023, but we can’t do it without YOU! We are looking for volunteers to join our committee. If you think you are up for the challenge, we would love to hear from you. Please send an email to ballinamoretourism@gmail.com or you can pop into the Tourist Office on Thursdays or Fridays.
We are also asking any Business or Community Group if they would like to put a float or walk the parade to contact Martina in Ballinamore Tourist Office email ballinamoretourism@gmail.com

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION PARENTS 2023: Meeting Thursday 9th Feb. in St Brigid’s Parish Centre @ 8pm. Registration for the Sacrament takes place on this evening so it is important that parents attend to register their child.
BALLINAMORE CHURCH: INTERNAL PAINTING OF THE CHURCH WILL CONTINUE THIS WEEK. During painting works, weekday Masses will be celebrated in the St. Brigid’s Prayer Room at usual times. Enter from outside entrance (left side of main church) main door will be closed. Saturday and Sunday Mass will be in the main Church.

ST VINCENT DE PAUL: We the committee of SVP Conference Ballinamore, wish to thank each and every one who contributed so generously to our annual Christmas appeal including those from the neighbouring parishes. We thank Carl Johnson and staff at Ballinamore Credit Union and the AIB Staff for facilitating donations, Fr Johnny and Fr Seán for their ongoing support of SVP. We thank all who used our blue donation envelopes. We thank the Principal, Staff, Students, and Parents of Ballinamore Community School who collected large amounts of food and money, also thank you to Catríona and Staff at the National School for monies collected and also Sheila O’Dowd, Staff, and Service Users at the Rehab for their annual collection of food and money. We thank SuperValu and Tesco for their continued support, and finally to the people who remain anonymous and gave us donations of money, food, and hampers for distribution, we say a very special thank you.
