Carrigallen Trout Club:  

Please note that Carrigallen Trout Club is staring on the earlier date of 10th April this year @ 9am.

Margaret of New Orleans:

Chef Adrian, of TV3 fame, is hosting a cookery demonstration in the Community Hall on Friday April 15th, 2016. The event begins at 8.30pm with the doors opening at 8pm. Tickets are €15 and can be purchased from Philip McIntyre on 086 8343552 or alternatively email mardigra2016@gmail.com. All welcome. Event is being held in aid of the Margaret of New Orleans Mardi Grá festival 1-4th July, 2016.

Drumreilly Community Centre:  

Meeting will be held on Tuesday 5th April at 9.00 pm. 

Aughawillan Drama Troupe:

 “Mother Knows Best” - Aughawillan Drama Troupe is delighted to invite you to “Mother knows Best” a three act smash-hit comedy by Jimmy Keary.  Aughawillan have already four sold out nights with this comedy in February of this year and due to public demand are staging the play again.  The performances will be held in the Aughawillan Hall on the 8th and 9th of April at 8.30 pm sharp.  There is no need to book, admission is €10.00.  Please come early to avoid disappointment.  Please like us on facebook at “Aughawillan Drama”.

Jive and Waltz Classes:

Carrigallen Assorted Fitness:

Cavan Oncology Unit Fundraising Event:  

The Sweet Spirit Gospel Choir under the direction of Tish Dunleavy will present a night of Gospel, Country, Folk and classics in the Cornmill Theatre Carrigallen on Sunday evening April 10th 8.30pm.  Proceeds to the Cavan Oncology Unit.

Ballinamore Library:  

Very interesting lecture on “The History of Protestants and the Irish Language” by Linda Ervine from Belfast will be delivered in Ballinamore Library on Thursday 7th April @ 8.00 pm.  Admission Free.  Fáilte roimh gach duine. 

Townhall Cavan Arts Space:  

Seeking Volunteers to take part in a immersive theatrical production for the proclamation on  Saturday, April 23rd in Townhall Cavan as part of its 1916 commemorations.  We have many different roles to fill from acting to behind the scenes set and prop making.  Anyone interested in getting involved can email  townhallcavan@gmail.com  for more details and timings or call 087 1497257.
