12th December 2019

Santa’s gone back to the North Pole to finish all the toys.!

I think I speak for everyone in the town in saying thanks again to all the great people
who put up lights, work for weeks preparing the towns decorations, displaying them
so well giving us all a lift in these dark and dreary days before Christmas. Thanks

Dawn and fellow elf’s!!

Again thank you for the help.
Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year
Wow... what a fantastic and fun night. The town of Ballinamore shining bright since
Saturday night.  Well done and thank you to a the hard working team who made it all
possible.. between the boys and girls who helped erect the lights to those who
helped out on the night. It’s what makes our community great. Hours go into making
this possible. To our sponsors thank you so much, the local fire brigade, those who
helped spread the word on the paper and FB and of course the big man himself
thanks Santa. And a special thank you to the Cumiskey family for helping Santa turn
on the lights with their magic they have been spreading for years we would like to
thank them and wish them well in the future. Wishing you all a Happy and safe
Christmas and Happy New Year

Texas. The centre housed 55 children, including some separated from their parents
as part of the Trump administration zero-tolerance policy towards illegal
immigration. The painting will be on display in Ballinamore Library throughout
December, so why not call in and see it for yourself. Opening hours are Tuesday 10
– 7pm; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10 – 5pm with daily lunch closing 1 – 2pm;
